Mr. Ramirez regularly represents clients in commercial litigation disputes. He also represents clients defending personal injury claims. His practice includes oil and gas litigation, premises liability, products liability, transportation, and healthcare litigation. Bobby also has experience advising and representing insurance companies on coverage issues under both personal and commercial lines policies. He also prosecutes subrogation claims for insurers under various policies. He has been awarded "Volunteer of the Year" by Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in 2010 and 2011. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association.
Bobby was born and raised in Plainview, Texas. He and his wife Kristen have two children, Bret and Maggie. Bobby enjoys playing guitar, camping, and spending time with his wife and children.
