Ms. Kleinschmidt practices in many areas of litigation, including employment law, oil and gas, premises and products liability. She has experience defending employers in litigation involving sexual harassment and other Title VII discrimination claims. She has represented property owners in personal injury actions brought by individuals and contractors. Ms. Kleinschmidt has defended against DTPA consumer claims. In addition, she has experience with matters involving medical committee and medical peer review committee privileges and other healthcare related litigation.
In her free time, Joni enjoys gardening, quilting, scrapbooking and spending time with her family including her husband, Jeff, and her Chihuahua, Lucy. |
